When aspiring actor Ivo returns home to Oxford after yet another failed audition, he attacks his partner Cassie in a jealous rage. When she throws him out he leaves, warning her that it's not over.
Because nobody tells Ivo what to do - he's a genius, right? - and he's going nowhere without having some fun first.
Cassie's simply relieved that he's gone; she's free now to concentrate on her jewellery-making business and fixing up her little terrace house. But soon she begins to be plagued by a series of domestic disasters - apparently caused by her own carelessness.
Must be stress.
Mustn't it?
Or is something more sinister going on...?
