Fitness by Verse is a workout that combines scripture and your daily workout. It is important to remember that these exercises are not found in the Bible; rather, these exercises come from my interpretation of what the verse says and what exercises make me think of that specific verse. For example, in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus climbs up the mountain and that is why I put Mountain Climbers together with that verse. I have also included modifications for the exercises.
