Dr. Matt Williams, Professor and Chair of New Testament, Biblical & Theological Studies, Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, served as a missionary to the Spanish Bible Institute and Theological Seminary and has written books in Spanish and English including: The Forgiveness of Jesus, The Parables of Jesus, and The Miracles of Jesus.
